Salerno's need tilt mechanism tilts from a pivot point at the front of the seat, keeping your feet on the floor as you rock. The tilt lock allows the chair to be locked throughout the tilt range to accommodate any working posture. The chair includes a pneumatic seat height adjustment. The leather upholstery is a leather seat and back and matching mock leather on the frame and back portion of the chair.
