Reception Area - Conference Room Location

Posted by Bill B

If you are in the process of considering designing your new office space, locate your conference rooms near the lobby area. If you have the space, add an additional smaller conference room if the other is your main room. This allows smaller meetings with clients or venders that would not need the larger room. Locating the conference rooms near the lobby keeps clients and venders apart from your offices if you want to. Plan your office furniture to meet the needs of each conference rooms use - training tables, wall mounted presentation cabinets and furniture to store items used in the conference rooms.
